大侠救命啊！怎么老是刻坏光盘！

我用的是BENQ DVD 1650 刻录机，NERO刻录数据光盘，近来总是在刻录时发生“写错误”，而刻录失败，已刻坏了好几张DVD光盘（清华紫光的），但我刻录CD时没有出现这种情况，不知是什么原因？跪求大侠帮忙分析解决。以下是刻录失败时的记录：Log记事本
